Why A Learning Center?

Completing a bible study (Experiencing God) Rose and I prayed that God would show us where He is working so that we could partner with Him as a couple.  In less than 30 minutes Rose received a text message from My Father’s World asking how they could help us start a Micro School!

We had not been in contact with them for about 7 years prior to this!

First: Character

Character development is the foundation of education. Focusing on Christian values like kindness, responsibility, and honesty, students grow in self-worth and purpose. Older students mentor younger ones, reinforcing leadership, empathy, and the virtues that guide them throughout life.

Life skills are woven into the curriculum to ensure students are well-prepared for adulthood. From cooking and sewing to managing money and caring for animals, students gain practical knowledge that fosters independence and service to others. These hands-on experiences help students contribute meaningfully to their community.

Academics are tailored to each student’s pace, focusing on mastery rather than age-based grade levels. Students progress as they master key concepts in subjects like math, science, and literature, fostering a love for learning and a deeper understanding of the material. Multi-age classrooms encourage collaboration and peer learning.
